Tim has been active in the Sarasota business community since 1996. He currently serves on the boards of Visit Sarasota, Leadership Sarasota, First Step, and the Sertoma Kids, Inc. Tim received the 2017 Action and Impact Award from Leadership Sarasota for his various community involvement. In 2016, he was elected to a 3-year term of the National Board of Sertoma, Inc.

Chris Fulton, a Sarasota native, dedicated Residential Mortgage Loan Officer who is a veteran Army Field Artillery Officer. With a commitment to service ingrained in his DNA, Chris brings discipline and integrity to every client interaction. Passionate about helping families and individuals achieve their homeownership dreams, he is a proud member of the Sertoma Club of Sarasota, where he continues to make a positive impact on the community. His goal is to help spread the word about Sertoma and the amazing Sertoma Kids, Inc children’s programs.

Josh Fetzer is a seasoned IT Advisor and Fractional Chief Technology Officer with over 20 years of leadership in IT and business application management. As the founder and CTO of FH Technology, Inc., he specializes in delivering enterprise-level technology solutions to small businesses, mid-market organizations, and enterprises, including local and state governments. Through a robust Technology Services Distribution network, Josh advises owners, C-suite executives, and boards on strategic technology decisions, driving operational efficiency, cybersecurity enhancements, and significant cost reductions.

Previously, as CTO of Fetzerhaus Technology, Inc. from 2016 to 2025, Josh spearheaded cloud-based transformations for numerous clients, achieving an average 25% improvement in cybersecurity risk scores and a 30% reduction in annual IT expenditures. He managed a thriving Managed Service Provider (MSP) operation with locations in Carmel, Indiana, and Sarasota, Florida, overseeing millions in sales, dozens of employees, and delivering resilient IT infrastructures amid challenges like the COVID-19 pandemic.

Josh’s advisory expertise extends across diverse industries, including biotechnology, local government, real estate, and financial services. At LabCorp Drug Development, he served as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Global Software and Systems Lead, managing over 20 projects that generated more than $3 million in process improvement savings. He developed process maps, value stream analyses, and quality metrics in GMP-regulated environments while liaising on global LIMS initiatives. As CIO/IT Director for the City of Lawrence, Indiana, he led ERP evaluations, optimized network and server operations for over 300 devices, and boosted worker productivity by 50% through lean methodologies and SWOT analyses.

His technical proficiency spans operating systems (Windows, iOS, macOS, Linux), networking tools (Cisco, Citrix, Wireshark), hardware (Dell, HP, Lenovo servers and workstations), and software suites (Microsoft Office, VMware, Hyper-V, SentinelOne). Josh holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from ASQ, complemented by expertise in tools like iGrafx, Minitab, and Excel Power Query/BI.

A graduate of Cedarville University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business, Josh combines strategic vision with hands-on execution to help organizations optimize technology investments and mitigate risks. He actively shares insights on cybersecurity threats, such as ransomware defenses using tools like SentinelOne Singularity XDR, through his professional networks. Christopher Kiblin is a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) & Founder at Spartan Capital Group, Suited Warrior Host, and Author of Amazon’s bestselling motivational book “Own Your Day.” He is part of the Top 1% of Mortgage Loan Officers in the Country. Chris also holds multiple certificates such as Grant Cardone Ambassador Program, John Maxwell Master Coaching, Certified Mortgage Advisor, and DISC Program. As an ARMY Veteran, Chris knows hard work and determination.

He is always improving his knowledge and skills with continuing education and leadership programs. Christopher is a Motivational Speaker and owns Suited Warrior Podcast and Hustle Gear Company. He started the Suited Warrior Podcast because his passion is to help his listeners learn about successful entrepreneurs and the best strategies in the market place. Chris’ Motto is to “You never know how strong you are, until being strong is your only choice.”

Dylan is an independent insurance broker with Goosehead Insurance, based in Sarasota and serving the entire state of Florida. Originally from New York, he first attended the University of Alabama before making Florida his new home. He is passionate about helping clients protect their largest assets and values being involved in organizations like Sertoma that help give back to the community.

ABOUT LEVI

Levi Courtney is a Marine Corps veteran and the founder of Spartan Air Solutions, a Florida-based mechanical and building systems company specializing in HVAC, electrical, and high-performance insulation for residential construction and remodeling.

Levi served in the United States Marine Corps and completed two combat tours — one in Iraq and one in Afghanistan. Following his honorable discharge, he pursued technical education and went on to earn his HVAC contractor’s license in 2016 before founding his company. Today, he leads a growing team focused on delivering high-quality, energy-efficient, and thoughtfully engineered homes throughout the region.

Levi brings to the Sertoma board a background in leadership, operations, organizational development, and relationship-driven business growth. He has a strong appreciation for salesmanship as a form of service — listening well, understanding needs, and connecting people to solutions that create real value. He is passionate about giving back to the community and supporting organizations that improve quality of life for children and families.

Levi and his family live in the Sarasota–Manatee area, and his family has been established in Manatee County for six generations — giving him a deep, personal connection to the community he serves.

Brandi Furlan has been married 29 years, mom of 2.  Originally from Las Vegas, NV and moved to Sarasota in 2004.  She has been in real estate for over 30 years and has a real estate team called The Furlan Group at Keller Williams Classic Group.

ABOUT OLGA

Olga Ovchiyan was born in Soviet Russia and grew up in a family of teachers who instilled in her a deep appreciation for music, literature, and education. She studied guitar, piano, and vocals while also earning a master’s degree in Business Administration and International Tourism.

In 1999, Olga came to America as an exchange student and quickly fell in love with the country’s freedoms, opportunities, and people. She permanently moved to the U.S. 18 years ago and has been a business owner and entrepreneur ever since.

As the Director of Business Development and Recruitment at Preferred SHORE Real Estate  Olga is passionate about building relationships, marketing, and giving back to the community. She is excited to rejoin the Sertoma Club and continue making a difference alongside like-minded individuals.

Carol Pandis is a Licensed Hearing Aid Specialist with Hear Again America. Carol is committed to providing professional, quality, hearing health care while increasing public awareness through education. Carol has continued educating herself and others on the importance of hearing health; she spends time educating the community by hosting educational presentations about Hearing Health & Wellness. Her passion is for helping patients enhance their lives and reconnect families through improved communication.

Carol has earned multiple awards for her outstanding service and commitment to quality care including the Herald Tribune Readers’ Choice award in both Venice and Sarasota for multiple years, and most recently named Sarasota Sertoman of the Year 2024. In addition to helping people in the hearing world, Carol treasures her time volunteering and fundraising in the community with many local charities and various animal rescue organizations. She has been a proud member of Sertoma since 2021, supporting its mission to serve communities through speech and hearing initiatives. She has a great sense of adventure and loves to travel.
